FOTOCHARLIE POINTS REDEMPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 
1. FotoCharlie Members can participate FotoCharlie E-Points Redemption Programme at all FotoCharlie outlets in Malaysia.
2. Every Ringgit (MYR) spent at FotoCharlie outlets in Malaysia will be rewarded with one (1) E-Point. The minimum amount of E-Points required to be eligible for redemption is 400 points.
3. FotoCharlie E-Points earned are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items, except for those stated in E-catalog provided by FotoCharlie.
4. FotoCharlie E-Points earned are not-transferable and/or assignable to any other person(s).
5. Only valid members with sufficient points are eligible for FotoCharlie redemption programme.
6. Members can check their total points earned
i. based on receipts kept during purchase period
ii. by visiting outlet
iii. by logging in to InCard App
7. Gifts redemption can be done at all FotoCharlie outlets. Some product(s) or goods only can be redeemable at selected outlets.
8. Product(s) or goods redeemable are not entitled to warranty period. All product(s) or goods redeemable are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
9. Redemption on product(s) or goods is subject to availability of stocks. In the event of non-availability or discontinuance of any product(s) or goods, FotoCharlie Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse the redemption or substitute an item with another brand/ product of equivalent monetary value or delay the redemption until the product(s) or goods are back in stock.
